Refined Packaging: Multiple Protections to Keep Equipment Intact

To address potential risks such as jolts and humidity during cross-border transportation, we have adopted a "three-layer protection system" to create a complete safety barrier, ensuring the equipment maintains factory-level precision when it arrives at construction sites in Canada.

  •  Inner Protection: Customized Cushioning to Prevent Damage

Independent wrapping of components: Core parts (such as blades, motors, and control panels) are wrapped in multiple layers of EPE pearl cotton, up to 50 mm thick, effectively absorbing vibration and preventing friction or collisions. Anti-static bags are added to vulnerable parts (e.g., sensors and buttons) to prevent static interference and dust.

Moisture-proof sealing: The main surfaces are covered with waterproof PE film, with 200 g of highly adsorbent silica gel desiccant placed inside. This protects against Canada's humid climate and prevents rusting of motors, circuits, and other components.

  •  Middle Protection: Custom Wooden Crates for Structural Stability

Material selection: Plywood crates (18 mm thick) comply with international shipping standards and undergo fumigation treatment (IPPC certified) to avoid customs issues. They have high load-bearing strength and can withstand pressures 1.5 times the equipment's weight.

Internal fixation: Each crate is custom-fitted with slots and anti-slip pads to secure the machine in place. Equipment is bolted to the base, and high-density foam fills gaps to further absorb external impacts, keeping the machine perfectly stable.

  • Outer Marking: Clear, Compliant, and Efficient

Precise labeling: The crate surface is printed with bilingual (Chinese and English) labels, including product name, model (e.g., GQ40/GQ50), weight (~500 kg including crate), dimensions (1200 × 800 × 1000 mm), destination, and international handling icons like "Handle with Care," "Keep Dry," and "This Side Up."

Compliance documents: A document bag is attached to the crate, containing commercial invoices, packing lists, fumigation certificates, certificates of origin, and CSA safety certification reports (compatible with North American voltage standards of 110 V/60 Hz), ensuring smooth customs clearance.

Cross-Border Transportation: Compliant, Efficient, and Fully Trackable

  •  Customized Transportation Plan

We primarily use sea freight, supplemented by land transportation, balancing delivery time and cost. Sea transport typically takes 18–22 days. After arrival at port, our Canadian logistics partners handle customs clearance and deliver the machines directly to customer construction sites via truck, ensuring seamless door-to-door service.

  •  Full-Process Tracking

Real-time updates: Customers receive exclusive logistics tracking links, enabling them to monitor key milestones such as domestic departure, port loading, ocean transit, customs clearance, and local delivery.

Abnormality handling: Our logistics team monitors the entire journey. If unexpected situations arise, such as port congestion or severe weather, we immediately coordinate with customers and logistics providers to adjust plans-e.g. , changing unloading ports or expediting customs clearance-to minimize delays.

  •  Compliance Assurance

Electrical compatibility: Before shipment, the equipment's power system is adjusted to meet Canadian standards (110 V/60 Hz) and fitted with Canadian-standard plugs. Machines are CSA-certified and fully compliant with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).

Environmental compliance: The machines use eco-friendly water-based paint free of heavy metals and harmful VOCs. Packaging materials (plywood, PE film) are recyclable and meet Canadian environmental regulations, avoiding potential customs delays.
