The after-sales service period for the equipment begins on the date it is delivered to the customer. The warranty period is 12 months.
We also provide installation and commissioning services. Based on the predetermined plan and the user's actual needs, we will develop an installation plan and complete the installation and commissioning work.
During the warranty period, if the machine or any of its components is damaged due to non-human factors, our company will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the equipment or components. After 12 months, customers will need to cover the round-trip freight and accessory costs.
During the warranty period, if the motor, reducer, or power supply system (excluding consumable parts) is damaged for non-human reasons, our company will provide free replacement.

The warranty period is calculated from the date the product is installed and accepted as qualified.
After the warranty period expires, if the equipment is relocated (for example, disassembling from Project A and reassembling for Project B), labor will be provided by the party responsible for disassembly and assembly. Our company can dispatch professional engineers to cooperate with installation to ensure normal use before leaving the site. Fees will be charged reasonably based on the situation.
