- The electrical control system adopts the well-established domestic WEIDA system and is equipped with a touchscreen interface, making operation simple and maintenance easy. The control programs are specially designed for on-site construction use, making them highly practical.
- The CNC bending head is developed based on Italian technology and, together with branded drive units, enables fully automatic bending. With dual bending heads working simultaneously, it delivers high output and excellent accuracy while significantly reducing labor requirements.
- The material support rack can carry over 2 tons of material; the air compressor is a matched Taiwan-brand product; the automatic traveling system is equipped with two sets of branded drives and uses high-precision rack-and-pinion meshing transmission to ensure more accurate rebar dimensions, combined with stable and reliable rails; the bending molds are made of precision-cast high-carbon alloy steel and, after quenching treatment, offer excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
Operation Guidelines
First, before starting the machine, check that all components are securely connected and functioning properly. Once everything is confirmed to be in good condition, switch on the power and wait for the equipment to complete its self-check.

Next is parameter setup. According to the rebar specifications, required bending angles, and other parameters, accurately enter the relevant data on the control panel. This step is critical-incorrect parameters will result in non-compliant bending results.
Then you can begin feeding the material. Place the rebar smoothly and properly on the feed rack, making sure it is straight and free from twisting. Press the feed button to allow the rebar to be slowly fed into the bending center.
During the bending process, pay close attention to the operation. If you notice incorrect bending angles, abnormal conditions, or unusual noises, immediately press the stop button, identify the issue, adjust the parameters, or resolve the fault before continuing.
After bending is completed, carefully remove the finished rebar and place it in the designated area. Then clean any rebar debris from the equipment to prepare for the next operation.
When operating the CNC rebar bending center, always prioritize safety. Wear appropriate protective equipment and follow standard operating procedures. This not only improves efficiency but also ensures personal safety.
