Tailored Fully Automated Line for Sawing, Threading, and Grinding Operations

This rebar sawing, threading, and grinding machine is an automated processing system that integrates three key operations-sawing, threading, and grinding-into one unit.

With reliable mechanical design and intelligent control, it provides a complete processing solution from raw threaded steel to finished threaded ends while meeting industry requirements. This integrated approach helps improve production efficiency, maintain consistent quality, and simplify the overall workflow.

This system combines a feeding mechanism, sawing unit, threading unit, grinding unit, conveyor roller bed, and central control system into one, creating a seamless, high-efficiency production flow.

• Feeding & Conveying
  A hydraulic pusher moves rebar from the storage rack onto the roller conveyor. Then a servo motor drives the conveyor to feed the rebar straight to the sawing station, where the cutting length is set automatically-no manual measuring needed.

• Sawing
  Double hydraulic clamps hold the rebar firmly in place, while high-speed saw blades cut it to your preset length, leaving a clean, burr-free edge every time. The system even handles multi-bar cutting with ease-for example, you can cut around ten Φ25mm bars in roughly 80 seconds.

• Threading
  Right after sawing, the rebar is automatically sent to the threading station. First, a rib-stripping mechanism preps the surface, then thread-rolling heads form the threads. The dies adjust automatically too, so you can process rebar from Φ12mm all the way up to Φ50mm without extra setup.

• Grinding & Finishing
  Once the threads are done, the rebar moves to the grinding station. Multi-axis milling cutters smooth out burrs at the thread roots and ends, creating a nice rounded finish that ensures tight, leak-proof connections down the line.

2. The double-sided automatic material turning mechanism is included, and the thread rolling platform can carry a load of 2 tons, improving efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

 

3. The saw blade is quenched using high-frequency Japanese AMD technology, which ensures a long service life.
