Maintenance tips
Bending angle is inaccurate
First, check whether the encoder connection lines are loose.
Calibrate the zero-point position using an angle gauge.
Inspect the bending die for wear and replace it in time (recommended after every 100,000 processing operations).
Feeding length error
Clean the surface of the feeding roller to remove residual oxide scale from the steel bars.
Adjust the pressure of the feeding roller (standard value: 0.5–0.8 MPa).
Check the servo motor driver parameters and reset the electronic gear ratio.
Abnormalities in the hydraulic system
If the oil temperature is too high: Check whether the cooler is clogged and if the oil level is normal.
