Maintenance tips
Bending angle is inaccurate
First, check whether the encoder connection lines are loose.
Calibrate the zero-point position using an angle gauge.
Inspect the bending die for wear and replace it in time (recommended after every 100,000 processing operations).
Feeding length error
Clean the surface of the feeding roller to remove residual oxide scale from the steel bars.
Adjust the pressure of the feeding roller (standard value: 0.5–0.8 MPa).
