Recently, an overseas customer transported the raw steel materials to our factory and carried out performance tests on equipment such as the roller welding machine for steel cages, the bending machine for hoops, and the steel bending machine. The customer's purchasing team had previously transported the engineering-grade threaded steel raw materials for verification purposes, to ensure the processing effect of the equipment under actual conditions.

This test selected the same type of steel raw materials from the customer's project site, simulating the actual construction and production conditions on site, and conducting a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's processing accuracy, operational stability, and forming quality. Technicians followed the customer's engineering parameters to set the program and completed the steel processing tests in sequence, recording real-time operation data, and verifying the finished product dimensions, weld quality, and production efficiency on-site.

Through the incoming material testing, the customer can directly observe the processing results of the equipment and verify whether the equipment can be compatible with the steel specifications of their own project. The customer confirmed on-site that the processing results of the finished products met the standards for pile foundation construction, and gave positive feedback on the equipment's automation level and the stability of the finished products.

Incoming material testing is a commonly used verification method for overseas customers when purchasing steel processing equipment. Relying on the factory's actual measurement services, the customer can assess the equipment's compatibility before installing it at the construction site, avoiding risks such as steel mismatch and non-compliant processing after project commissioning.
