- Rebar Straightening:The coiled rebar material is first fed into a specialized straightening device, where multiple sets of straightening rollers apply pressure, stretching, and adjustment from different angles. Through this series of "correction" operations, the originally bent and twisted rebar is straightened, fully meeting the flatness requirements for subsequent processing and preparing it for the next step of rebar winding.
- Rebar Winding and Forming
The straightened rebar is precisely threaded through the corresponding round holes of the template on the fixed plate, firmly securing the positions of the main rebars. Then, the fixed plate and rotating plate work together to rotate, causing the spiral rebars to wrap tightly and evenly around the main rebars one turn at a time. This forms the preliminary skeleton of the rebar cage, giving it a regular shape without manual wrapping. - Rolling Welding and Forming
Once the skeleton is assembled, the welding device on the rolling welding machine starts working.
