This CNC fully automatic mesh welding line basically runs feeding and welding on its own. For the longitudinal bars, straight rebars are fed in directly. A servo motor pulls them forward step by step, nice and steady.

As for the cross bars, they're pre-straightened and cut to length in advance. Under program control, they drop from the hopper right into position between the electrodes-and the welding is done right there, automatically.

 This line uses high-precision servo motors plus an advanced CNC system. The mesh size stays really accurate-within ±1 mm-and the welds come out even and strong. Strength-wise, it actually goes beyond what most industry standards require.

 The key parts are built solid too-high-grade alloy steel or imported precision components. Before it even leaves the factory, the machine runs through 1,000 hours of continuous testing and strict inspections, so it's not the kind of equipment that gives you trouble all the time. And if something does go wrong, the system can spot the issue in about half a second and trigger an alarm. Defect rate stays under 1%, so you're consistently getting good products out of it.

 It's also very flexible. Big construction mesh, small fine mesh for cages-it can handle both. You just enter the mesh size, rebar diameter, and spacing on the touchscreen, and in about 3 minutes, you can switch to a different setup. Whether you're doing a small batch or running tens of thousands of panels, it keeps up without any stress. Makes it easier to take on different kinds of orders.

 And it's pretty user-friendly on the environment side too. The built-in dust collection system pulls in about 99% of the metal dust, so the workshop stays clean and the air feels better to work in. Cooling is handled by both water and air, so even during long runs, the machine doesn't overheat-it just keeps going. Noise is low as well, under 65 dB.
