Reinforcement mesh welding system
You'll see it used in construction, bridges, shipbuilding, and similar jobs. It works by using methods like resistance welding, laser welding, or arc welding-heating the steel to the point where it fuses together. The result is a strong, solid joint, and the process is both fast and accurate.
Main components
Wire feeding: It uses feed rollers with a servo motor, so the speed can be adjusted and stays fairly steady. Different wire sizes and materials can be handled without much trouble, and feeding is generally smooth-jamming isn't a common issue.
Straightening: There are multiple sets of straightening rollers, combined with CNC control. Even if the wire comes in a bit bent, it can be straightened out quickly. The result is fairly even, which makes the next steps easier.
Welding: It uses resistance welding, with multiple points welded at the same time, so efficiency is decent. Parameters like current and welding time can be adjusted, and the welds come out fairly solid and consistent.
Cutting: The cutting unit is servo-controlled. After welding, the mesh is cut to the set size directly. The edges are usually clean, so there's no need for extra finishing in most cases.
