Processing Principle of the CNC Rebar Stirrup Bending Machine

 

Power System: Rebar processing requires substantial force. Considering the high operating frequency and long working hours of CNC rebar stirrup bending machines, the power system consists of servo motors and a straightening system. Its main function is to feed the rebar and precisely control the feeding length to achieve accurate length cutting.

 

Mechanical System: The mechanical system of the CNC rebar stirrup bending machine is divided into three parts. First is the horizontal rebar straightening section. Second is the vertical rebar straightening section, which operates using the same principle as the horizontal straightening. Finally, the rebar forming and cutting section completes the bending and cutting process.

Operating Procedures for CNC Rebar Stirrup Bending Machine

 

1. Pre-Start Preparation
Check the equipment condition and ensure the workbench and machine base are level.
Inspect components such as the mandrel and turntable to ensure they are in good condition, and confirm that all protective covers are securely fastened.
Perform a no-load trial run to confirm there are no abnormalities.

 

2. Operating Guidelines
Insert one end of the rebar into the fixed gap of the turntable and firmly press the other end. Start the machine only after the machine body is stable.
Do not change the mandrel, adjust angles or speed, add lubrication, or clean the machine during operation.
Follow the specified limits for rebar diameter, quantity, and rotational speed; do not overload the machine.

 

3. Safety Requirements
Do not allow anyone to stand within the bending radius or beside the machine when it is not securely fixed.
Stack semi-finished products neatly with hooks facing downward to prevent snagging.
When changing the rotation direction of the turntable, wait until the machine has come to a complete stop before operating.

 

4. Post-Operation Procedures
Promptly clean up rebar scraps at the work site to maintain a tidy working environment.
Carry out comprehensive maintenance and servicing of the equipment.
Cut off the power supply and lock the distribution cabinet.
