Xuhui Technical Team Visits Chongqing Customer Site For Equipment Inspection

At Xuhui, we've always followed a "customer first" approach, and we stay closely involved with the issues customers run into during production, helping solve real, practical problems with our technical expertise.    

Recently, we organized a service team made up of senior technicians and maintenance experts and traveled to Chongqing to carry out an on-site inspection and technical support service for a customer's rebar processing plant. The visit went smoothly, and the customer was very satisfied with the support, which also helped strengthen the cooperation between both sides.

Before heading out, the team already had detailed communication with the customer to understand everything in advance-equipment operating conditions, daily production load, common issues, and the key problems they wanted to solve. Based on that, and considering how long the equipment had been running and the actual working conditions, a tailored inspection plan was prepared to make sure the visit would not disrupt normal production.
Once on site, our technicians quickly connected with the plant manager and operators to get a better understanding of real-time equipment performance, and then immediately started the inspection work.


During the inspection, the team focused on core equipment such as rebar straightening and cutting machines, CNC stirrup benders, and welding robots. Each machine was checked carefully, including wear parts, running stability, braking response, safety systems, electrical circuits, and lubrication conditions. For the welding robots in particular, key points like welding accuracy and wire feeding stability were tested and adjusted to catch any hidden issues early.

At the same time, the team also reviewed maintenance records and guided workers on correct operating and maintenance practices. If any improper procedures were found, they were corrected on the spot with clear explanations and hands-on guidance.
For smaller issues like loose parts, insufficient lubrication, or poor electrical contact, the technicians fixed them immediately-tightening components, adding grease, and making quick adjustments to ensure stable operation. For more complex issues that required parts replacement or deeper repair, everything was clearly explained to the customer, including cause, impact, and repair plan, with follow-up arrangements made to ensure nothing was left unresolved.
During breaks, the technicians also spent time training frontline workers on daily equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance skills, helping them become more confident in handling minor issues themselves and reducing future downtime caused by improper operation.

 

The customer expressed high satisfaction with the service. The site manager said, "The Xuhui technical team is really reliable. They not only helped us identify hidden issues but also solved several problems on the spot and taught us how to maintain the equipment properly. It gives us much more confidence in daily operation." Workers also mentioned they learned a lot of practical maintenance tips during the visit.

 

Overall, the inspection helped eliminate potential risks, ensured stable production, and showed the customer our professionalism and commitment.
