Energy Saving Metal Cutting Machine
This machine's all about cutting rebar, perfect for construction sites, bridges, tunnels, you name it. The high-speed saw just zooms through steel bars, nice and clean, super precise. What's awesome? It's fast, gets the job done right, and anyone can run it.
This saw's got all the parts you actually use on the floor: base, columns, saw beam drive, guides, clamps, tensioner, feed rack, hydraulics, electrics, and lubrication/cooling.
This machine's got three major tech boosts that make life way easier
Dynamic balance built in – vibrations are super low, so it runs steady and leaves a clean, smooth cut every time.
Auto material recognition – it can instantly identify 30+ types of metal and pick the perfect cutting mode, no guessing.
Smart cutting path – it figures out the fastest way to cut, which saves time and keeps the blades lasting longer.
Basically, it's faster, smoother, and way smarter than the old setup!

Application Scenarios
Energy Equipment
Cutting of wind turbine main shafts
Suitable for processing extremely large parts
Deployed in over 20 wind farm projects
Rail Transit
Cutting of bogie components
Meets the highest industry precision standards
Used in the manufacturing of high-speed rail systems
Production speeds up four times, labor costs drop by about 90%, and you're looking at a payback in roughly five months. Profit margins? They can jump another 40%. No matter how you slice it, it's a solid investment. And the future looks even better: this is core kit for any smart factory, with huge overseas demand. Annual growth? Over 30%. And it just keeps getting more valuable with time.
Preparatory work
- Hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety goggles or face shield, cut-resistant gloves. Wear fitted work clothes and make sure sleeves are tucked in. Long hair? Tie it up inside your hat. Ditch necklaces, bracelets, ties-anything that could get caught.
- Check power cables for cracks or wear, make sure the grounding's solid. Tighten screws and clamps, watch for cracks or loose parts. Pick the right saw blade for the size and type of rebar, install it the right way, and use the proper tools to secure it. Check oil and coolant levels, make sure pipes aren't blocked. Put all guards in place and test the emergency stop and limit switches-make sure they actually work.
- Load the rebar neatly on the feed rack, stacked and strapped so nothing rolls around. Set the cut length on the control panel. If you're working with thick or hard steel, slow down the cutting speed a bit and crank up the clamping force-this keeps the bar from slipping or chipping the teeth.
