Precision CNC Double Column Metal Sawing Machine
The blade runs between a drive wheel and an idle wheel, keeping everything moving steadily. The guide frame controls the cutting direction, making sure the blade stays right on track. Then the hydraulic cylinder pushes the guide frame down, step by step-cutting into the material and finishing the job in one smooth motion. From raw material coming in, all the way to finished parts going out, it delivers a full, reliable, and automated processing solution.
The whole working process really comes down to four steps: power, control, clamping, and cutting.
- The motor drives the saw blade. Power ranges from around 3–7.5 kW for smaller models, up to 15 kW or more for larger ones-plenty of force to handle tough cutting jobs.
- Then the CNC system takes over. You set your parameters ahead of time, and it controls feed rate, angle, and cutting depth with solid accuracy-holding around ±0.1 mm. It can also store multiple programs, which makes switching between different jobs quick and easy.
- The workpiece is secured using hydraulic or pneumatic fixtures. Round pipes sit in V-shaped clamps, flat or square materials use standard jaws. Pressure is adjustable, so everything stays tight-no shaking, no deformation while cutting.
- Once cutting starts, the blade follows the preset path, and the coolant system kicks in at the same time-cooling and lubricating as it goes. Temperature stays under 60°C, which helps reduce blade wear and extend its life to around 500–1000 hours. It also flushes away metal chips, leaving a cleaner, smoother cut surface.

This CNC saw is super versatile-you'll find it in metal shops, automotive plants, even aerospace work. Cutting steel pipes in batches, handling different profiles, or dealing with odd-shaped parts… On job sites, in fabrication shops, steel structure workshops-it's pretty much a must-have. When you've got a lot of material to cut, it keeps things moving fast and steady. The machine's accurate and can run automatically, so no one has to stand there watching it all day. That means higher productivity and fewer workers needed on site.
Whether it's for project-based processing or everyday part cutting, it just makes things easier-less manual work, better output, and solid performance across all kinds of jobs.
A CNC saw's structure is pretty straightforward.
The frame forms the base of the whole machine, usually made from welded steel plates-super solid and stable, with strong load-bearing capacity.
The saw blade does the cutting work and is the heart of the machine. Most are made from high-speed steel or alloy steel, so they stay sharp, wear-resistant, and last a long time.
The motor powers the blade, and machines usually come with plenty of juice to make sure cutting is strong and efficient.
The feeding system moves bundles of rebar into position. Some machines need a worker to push it in, others are fully automatic-depends on the setup.
Finally, the control system has a user-friendly interface where you can set length, speed, and other parameters. It's simple, intuitive, and quick to get the hang of.
The numbers speak for themselves!
