High-efficiency sawing and auxiliary system
The sawing system adopts the structure of high-quality alloy saw bands and high-precision saw wheels, but has been optimized in terms of drive and control. The running speed of the saw band can be steplessly adjusted through the numerical control system. The optimal cutting speed can be selected based on the material of the reinforcing bars (such as ordinary carbon steel, high-strength alloy steel) and hardness, ensuring the cutting quality while extending the service life of the saw band. The cooling system is equipped with an automatic spray device that automatically turns on and off according to the cutting progress, precisely spraying coolant onto the contact area between the saw band and the steel bars. This not only effectively reduces the temperature but also minimizes the waste of coolant. In addition, the equipment is also equipped with an automatic chip removal device. Through a conveyor belt or screw conveyor, the iron chips generated during cutting are promptly discharged, keeping the working area clean and reducing the workload of manual cleaning.
