The XH4245 series of rapid steel bar sawing machine is a sawing equipment that uses bimetallic band saw blades as cutting tools and can automatically cut metal materials. It is mainly used for cutting square and round materials of ferrous metals and various profiles, and can also be used for cutting non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials. Guide arm and guide rail: Hard alloy bushings and high-frequency quenched guide rails increase wear resistance fivefold, extending the maintenance cycle to 2,000 hours.

Saw blade material: Bimetallic (M42 high-speed steel teeth with spring steel backing) or hard alloy coating, with each blade capable of up to 2,000 cuts-suitable for materials with hardness up to HRC60.
