 Equipment Composition and Working Principle

The setup mainly breaks down into a few key parts:

 

First stop - the feeding system.
Two sections handle the job: one for the longitudinal bars, another for the cross bars. The longitudinal feeder keeps tight control over bar length and feed speed; swap bar sizes, it still keeps everything moving smoothly. The cross-bar feeder does its part too-placing each bar right where it should go… neat rows, straight lines, nothing drifting out of position.

 

Next up - the welding module, the heart of the line!
Resistance welding powers the process. A strong current flashes through the bar intersections; the contact points heat instantly, metal fuses together, and the joint locks solid. High-precision electrodes take care of the details. Pressure and welding current can be tuned to match the bar material and diameter-dial it in, let the system handle the rest. Some lines even allow stepless pressure adjustment; bar sizes may change, weld quality stays steady.

 

Then comes the positioning and control system.
A PLC controller runs the whole operation-basically the brain of the line. The operator just taps in a few settings on the screen: mesh size, bar spacing, production specs… done! The system builds the program automatically. Feeding starts, welding follows, cutting kicks in-each stage flows right into the next. The PLC also coordinates with the drive units and guide rails; longitudinal and cross bars settle into place quickly, spacing stays right on target.

 

Last step - cutting and stacking.
Once the mesh sheet is welded, the cutting unit trims it to the preset size-clean, accurate, no extra edges to fix. After that, the stacking system takes over. A lifting device gathers the finished sheets and lines them up neatly, ready for transport or storage. No manual sorting, no extra fuss… just smooth production from start to finish.
