The workflow of this production line is extremely clear-fully automated step by step, making it both worry-free and highly efficient! Here's how it works:
- First, the raw rebar is loaded onto the feeding rack in batches. The machine automatically feeds the rebar onto the conveying track, which carries it directly to the saw.
- Next, the saw automatically starts and cuts the rebar to the preset dimensions with precision. The cut rebar is then automatically conveyed to the next station, where a length-checking device verifies each piece to ensure accuracy. The material-flipping mechanism then transfers the rebar onto another set of conveyor tracks, and the sorting device separates each bar individually to prevent stacking.
- The sorted rebar is delivered to the thread processing area, where the machine automatically clamps and threads each piece-no manual supervision required. After threading, the flipping mechanism moves the rebar onto the grinding machine's conveyor platform**, which automatically starts to smooth and polish the rebar ends.
- Finally, the finished rebar is automatically conveyed to the finished product storage bin, neatly stacked and ready for subsequent handling and transport.

Combined with pneumatic power, this ensures smooth workflow, enabling the processing of over 800 rebars per day.
The sawing width reaches 450 mm, allowing multiple rebars to be cut at once (e.g., up to 10 pieces of Φ32 mm rebar), achieving high efficiency in batch processing. Sawing length errors are controlled within ±3 mm/m, and with the servo-driven fixed-length system, cutting dimensions are precise and consistent. Speeds are infinitely adjustable, allowing flexible adaptation to different rebar materials and diameters.
