Once the rebars reach the CNC hydraulic saw, the servo motor accurately sets the cutting length with a precision of ±2 mm. The hydraulic clamping system firmly secures the rebars, preventing rotation or deviation during cutting. The high-speed saw blade then slices the bars precisely. Many models can cut multiple rebars simultaneously, maximizing efficiency.
The sawn rebar sections are sent to an automatic flipping mechanism, which rotates the bars to the correct angle and accurately positions them for the next threading station. This ensures proper alignment of the rebar ends and keeps subsequent processes on schedule.
