Tunnel steel bar processing equipment is mainly used to process raw steel bars into components that meet the structural requirements of tunnel linings, supports, and other related parts. Broadly speaking, it can be divided into two main categories: foundation pretreatment equipment and forming processing equipment, covering the entire process from individual steel bar treatment to overall component fabrication.
Basic Pretreatment Equipment (Processing of Single Reinforcing Bars)
This type of equipment mainly performs basic operations such as straightening, cutting, and bending of steel bars, laying the foundation for subsequent forming processes.

Steel bar straightening and cutting machine:
This machine simultaneously performs straightening and fixed-length cutting of steel bars. It straightens coiled steel bars and precisely cuts them to the designed length, solving the problems of bending and inconsistent lengths in raw materials. It serves as the first process equipment in steel bar processing.

Specializes in steel bar cutting operations. In tunnel construction, fully automatic models are widely used. They can process threaded steel and round steel of different diameters with high efficiency and smooth cutting surfaces, avoiding errors and safety risks associated with manual cutting.

Used to bend cut steel bars into specific shapes. The bending angle (e.g., 90°, 135°) and radius can be adjusted according to drawing requirements. It is mainly used to produce basic formed parts such as steel bar hooks and simple stirrups.
Forming Processing Equipment (Integral Component Processing)
This category of equipment features a higher degree of automation. It mainly processes individual steel bars into integral assemblies required for tunnel structures, meeting the large-scale demands of tunnel engineering.

Steel cage roll welding machine:
This core equipment is used to process steel cages for tunnel pile foundations or linings. The main bars (longitudinal bars) and stirrups (ring-shaped bars) are automatically wound and welded into shape through mechanical transmission. Compared with manual binding, it offers higher precision and more stable welding quality, making it suitable for mass production.

Steel mesh spot welding machine:
Specifically designed for welding steel mesh used in tunnel support. After the longitudinal and transverse reinforcing bars are arranged in a grid, automated welding forms a regular mesh. This mesh is used in shotcrete support or lining construction to enhance the overall integrity of the tunnel support structure.

Fully automatic steel bar bending and coiling machine:
A specialized piece of equipment for the automated processing of stirrups. After inputting the parameters, it automatically completes feeding, straightening, cutting, and bending operations, producing various stirrup shapes such as rectangular and rhombic in one continuous process. It meets the large-scale stirrup processing requirements of tunnel linings.
