Product Introduction
This pile foundation rebar cage welding machine can automatically fabricate pile cages up to 30 meters in length, making it highly practical for on-site construction needs. According to project requirements, the transverse rebars are first inserted and fixed into the sleeves of the rotating disc. Then, the longitudinal round bars are spirally wound around the transverse rebars, while the machine automatically welds each joint securely.
Once the machine is started, the rotating disc begins to turn, driving the longitudinal round bars to wrap evenly around the transverse rebars. As the disc rotates and gradually moves forward, a complete pile foundation rebar cage is formed in one continuous process.
The entire machine is controlled by an intelligent controller and driven by servo motors, ensuring smooth and stable operation. During processing, a hydraulic support system holds the cage from below, eliminating the need for manual assistance. The welding torch also operates automatically according to preset parameters, significantly reducing labor requirements while improving efficiency and reliability.
