The working process is actually pretty easy to understand. The machine mainly works through the cooperation between the fixed disc and the moving rotating disc. First, the main rebars are placed and fixed properly. Then the machine starts rotating, wrapping the stirrup bar around the outside of the main rebars layer by layer while welding at the same time.
The operation is simple too, and workers can learn it quickly. First, the main rebars are inserted through the fixed disc and lined up properly. Then one end of the stirrup bar is welded onto the main rebars for positioning.
After startup, the moving disc rotates while slowly moving backward, guiding the stirrup bar into spiral winding automatically. During the whole process, welding is completed continuously at the same time.
Once the preset cage length is finished, the support frame lowers automatically, and the finished rebar cage can be removed directly. The whole process runs smoothly, saves time, and reduces a lot of manual work.
