Product Workflow
- Main Rebar Fixing: According to the design requirements, multiple main rebars are threaded through the corresponding template holes on the front fixed rotary plate and the rear movable rotary plate, either manually or with mechanical assistance, and then clamped securely in place.
- Spiral Rebar Positioning: One end of the spiral rebar is welded firmly or directly fixed onto one of the main rebars.
- Winding and Welding: When the machine starts, the fixed and movable rotary plates rotate together. As the movable rotary plate rotates, it gradually moves backward, allowing the spiral rebar to wind evenly around the main rebars. Simultaneously, the machine uses CO₂ shielding welding or resistance welding to automatically weld each intersection between the spiral and main rebars, ensuring a strong and stable connection.
- Forming and Unloading: As the movable plate continues to rotate and move backward, the rebar cage gradually takes shape. Once it reaches the preset length, the machine stops automatically, and the finished rebar cage can be unloaded directly via a conveyor or robotic arm. The entire process is precisely controlled by the CNC system. By adjusting the rotation speeds of the two plates and the backward movement speed of the movable plate, the spacing of the spiral rebars can be perfectly controlled, producing high-precision, high-quality rebar cages.
