Working Principle
This rebar bending machine is driven by a servo motor and works together with specialized bending molds to bend the rebar to the required curvature.
During operation, the worker only needs to place the rebar in the designated position and start the machine. Under the guidance of the molds, the rebar gradually bends into the desired circular shape. The whole process is highly efficient and produces precise bends.

Operation Method
First, set the parameters on the CNC screen: input the circumference of the reinforcement ring to be bent, the welding start point, and the welding length.

On the conveyor platform, manually adjust the long ribs of the rebar to vertical, then insert the rebar end into the slot of the mold disc and press the CNC bending button.

The machine will automatically bend the rebar according to the program and stop by itself at the designated position.

Once the rebar is bent, the welding robot will automatically weld the outer side of the reinforcement ring and stop automatically when the preset length is reached.

After welding, check if the weld is full. If it passes inspection, manually cut the rebar and place the completed reinforcement ring on the material rack.
