How It Works
It uses a dual-drive roller system to feed the rebar precisely into the bending area. Our CNC system calculates the bending path based on the parameters we set, then starts the servo motor to drive the high-precision worm gear reducer, moving the bending arm along the arc around a fixed pivot.
While bending, the pressure sensor keeps an eye on the stress in the rebar. If the stress gets too high, the machine automatically adjusts the feed speed to prevent cracks in high-strength rebar. At the same time, the laser positioning system constantly checks the rebar's position, keeping the connection error between multiple arcs ≤0.5 mm. The result? Perfectly shaped rebar ready for steel structure assembly.
