Intelligent CNC Rebar Bending Machining Center machine is a CNC fully automatic steel bar bending processing system, designed for bending steel bars used in reinforced concrete structures such as high-rise buildings, expressways, high-speed railways, and large bridges. It is capable of processing up to φ32mm Grade III threaded steel and is an advanced piece of equipment that performs both forward and reverse bending within a single working cycle.
The CNC steel bar bending center enables bidirectional bending during a single cycle. Its two bending heads can operate independently or simultaneously, requiring only one clamping operation.
