The equipment uses a PLC control system and servo motor drive, supporting fully automated operation. It can store over 300 sets of graphic parameters and allows one-click setup for complex shapes (such as large arcs and steel bars of increasing length), significantly reducing manual intervention.

 

Structural Design Advantages

Material Supporting Mechanism: Utilizes a crank connecting rod mechanism combined with a reducer drive to achieve smooth material feeding and reduce labor intensity.

Transmission System: Features a flexible gear and rack meshing design with a thickened rack to enhance rigidity, ensuring precise positioning during operation.

Main Shaft and Discharge: The splined alloy steel main shaft offers excellent wear resistance. Left and right machine heads are equipped with automatic discharge hooks, supporting the processing of long reinforcing bars.

 

Safety and Maintenance

The flexible safety protection function prevents damage caused by mechanical misoperation. An iron filings collection shield protects the reducer.
A modular design simplifies maintenance, and the separate layout of the hydraulic station and electrical control cabinet improves overall system stability.

 

Application Scope

 

This inclined bending center is designed for the bending of large-diameter steel bars. It is composed of four main components: raw material conveying table, bending main machine, guide rail, and finished product collection rack. Steel bars are transported from the raw material table to the bending main machine. Controlled by a servo motor, the bending machine performs automatic walking, positioning, and bending. Upon completion, the finished bars are automatically collected.
