Operating Procedure

To use the machine, first power it on and wait for the air compressor to run steadily until the air pressure reaches the required level. Then set the processing parameters on the control panel according to your task, switch to start mode, and you're ready to begin.

Bending the rebar is just as straightforward: adjust the positioning block to the correct location, place the center of the rebar between the positioning block and the clamping block, and insert both ends of the rebar into the bending mechanisms of the left and right heads. The clamping cylinder then pushes the clamping block upward, firmly securing the rebar together with the positioning block. Once everything is in place, simply press the foot pedal-the two heads operate simultaneously, and both ends of the rebar are quickly bent into the desired shape.

Operating Precautions

 

1.Before starting the machine, be sure to check that the air supply connections are secure. Air leakage may prevent proper pressure buildup and can pose safety risks.

 

2.When adjusting the positioning block, make sure it matches the rebar size. If it's too loose, the rebar won't be clamped securely; if it's too tight, it may damage the rebar surface.

 

3.After placing the rebar in position, always wait until the clamping block is fully locked before pressing the foot pedal, to prevent the rebar from popping out during operation.

 

4.While the machine is running, never touch the machine heads, rebar, or any moving parts to avoid pinching or injury.

 

5.Before processing rebars of different specifications, readjust the parameters and perform a trial bend. Proceed to batch production only after confirming proper operation.
