ustomized Heavy-Duty Roll Welding Machine
To meet the high-strength and high-stability requirements for large-scale steel frame processing in the construction of bridges, roadbeds, and other foundational structures of the Qixian–Lishi Expressway Project, this roll welding machine has undergone comprehensive customized upgrades.
The machine body is made of thickened manganese steel with a load-bearing capacity 30% higher than that of conventional equipment. It can easily handle continuous roll welding of steel bars with diameters ranging from 20 to 40 mm. Equipped with an intelligent numerical control system, its welding parameters can be precisely adjusted according to bar specifications, maintaining a welding error within ±0.5 mm.
The equipment can efficiently produce circular or rectangular steel bar skeletons with lengths of 6–12 meters and diameters of 1–2 meters, while greatly reducing manual labor intensity-providing a solid guarantee for the safety and stability of the project's foundation structures.

Sawing, Threading, and Grinding Production Line
Considering the high steel bar consumption and stringent processing standards of expressway projects, this automated production line integrates three core functions-sawing, threading, and grinding-achieving true "one-stop" processing.
The production line features a dual-saw cutting mechanism with a cutting speed of up to 3 meters per minute, producing smooth, burr-free cuts. The threading section adopts a multi-head tapping design, capable of processing four bars simultaneously. Thread accuracy fully complies with the national standard GB/T 1499.2.
Subsequently, the grinding process automatically polishes the bar ends using a high-speed rotating grinding wheel to ensure precise fit during connection. The entire production line requires only two operators to complete the process from raw material loading to finished product unloading. Compared with traditional decentralized processing, overall production efficiency increases by more than 50%, perfectly meeting the large-scale, standardized steel bar processing needs of expressway projects.

This machine is designed to meet the processing requirements for stirrups and special-shaped bars used in beams, piers, and other structural components of the project. It features high flexibility and precision, supporting the bending of threaded and round steel bars with diameters from 6 to 16 mm.
The system can preset more than 100 common stirrup shape parameters. The operator only needs to input the bar specifications and bending angle, and the equipment automatically completes the feeding, bending, and cutting operations. The bending accuracy deviation does not exceed ±1°.
In addition, the machine is equipped with an automatic feeding rack to achieve continuous raw material supply, avoiding frequent shutdowns for reloading. A single unit can process over 2,000 stirrups per day, fully meeting the project's on-site demand and facilitating efficient steel bar structure construction.
This shipment also includes several supporting machines, such as steel bar straightening and cutting machines, fixed-length feeding racks, and dedicated toolboxes.
The straightening and cutting machine precisely straightens curved bars to ensure the accuracy of subsequent processing. The fixed-length feeding rack integrates seamlessly with core equipment for automated material transport. The dedicated toolbox is stocked with complete maintenance tools and spare parts, ensuring convenient daily servicing, smooth coordination across the entire processing chain, and prevention of downtime caused by auxiliary link issues.
This batch of equipment will depart from the manufacturing base and be transported entirely via expressways, directly to the Qixian–Lishi Expressway project site in Shanxi Province.
