Lubrication maintenance: Before use, be sure to apply lubricating oil to the relevant parts, especially the gear box must be filled with gear oil, and 5-8 drops of 30# engine oil should be dripped into the oil cup on the work surface every shift. When the equipment is used for about 200 hours, new oil should be replaced and cleaned.
Daily inspection: After use, develop the habit of checking to see if there are loose screws or parts that need to be replaced regularly. Statistics are kept for the replaced parts, and the time of each inspection and the problems found are recorded to timely discover common faults of the machine.
Operation specification: A comprehensive inspection and no-load test run are required before operation to ensure that the equipment is in good condition. The machine body should be safely grounded, and the power control is through the magnetic starter, and it must not be directly connected to the button. Prepare various mandrels and tools according to work needs to ensure that they are complete and applicable.
Safe operation: It is strictly forbidden to bend steel bars with a diameter exceeding that specified on the machine nameplate. Protective glasses must be worn when bending steel bars that have not been cold-drawn or have rust. When replacing the transmission gear of the bending machine, the appropriate speed should be selected according to the diameter of the steel bar.
Cleaning and rust prevention: Keep the machine clean to prevent dust and dirt from affecting its performance. When the machine is out of service for a long time, anti-rust oil should be applied to the working surface and stored in a dry place.
Electrical automatic control system: The electrical automatic control system can easily change speed, and the brake can accurately lock the bending angle. The forward and reverse function of the motor enables the steel bar to be bent in both directions, and the convenient replacement of the center shaft is more conducive to daily maintenance.
