Delivering construction equipment is more than transportation. It is a complete process that includes factory testing, shipping, on-site installation, and final commissioning before production begins.
Recently, an Automatic Rebar Cage Workstation was delivered to a key expressway project under Hubei Communications Investment Group, located along the Shanghai–Chengdu Expressway (G42).
The equipment is now entering the installation and commissioning stage at the job site.
Factory Testing Before Delivery
Before shipment, the machine completed full assembly and testing at the factory, including:
System debugging
Trial operation
Quality inspection
Only after passing all tests was it released for delivery to the project site.
Arrival and Installation on Site
After arriving at the expressway construction site, the equipment was carefully unloaded and positioned according to the project layout.
Technical engineers are now carrying out installation, including mechanical assembly, electrical connection, and system setup to prepare for commissioning.

Commissioning Before Operation
Once installation is completed, the workstation will undergo commissioning and trial operation to ensure stable performance.
This step is essential to confirm:
System accuracy
Mechanical stability
Production readiness
After testing, the equipment will officially enter production.
Supporting Expressway Construction
The Automatic Rebar Cage Workstation is used for producing reinforcement cages for:
Expressways
Bridges
Tunnels
Railway foundations
It helps improve production efficiency, reduce manual labor, and ensure consistent quality for large infrastructure projects.
From factory testing to on-site installation, each step ensures the equipment can operate reliably in real construction conditions.
The deployment of this workstation at the Hubei Communications Investment Group Shanghai–Chengdu Expressway (G42) project reflects the growing use of automated rebar processing in modern infrastructure construction.
