Production is progressing smoothly on a new CNC Rebar Cage Welding Workstation ordered by one of our customers. The project has now entered the equipment assembly stage, with manufacturing teams working according to the planned production schedule.

Manufacturing in Progress
The production process begins with preparing the main machine frame and structural components. After fabrication, each part is inspected before moving to the next stage of assembly.
Mechanical components, drive systems, and transmission units are then installed, followed by the electrical cabinet, wiring, and CNC control system.
Each production step is completed according to internal quality standards to help ensure the stability and accuracy of the finished equipment.
Focus on Quality
Quality control is carried out throughout the manufacturing process rather than only before shipment.
Our production team checks component dimensions, assembly accuracy, and electrical connections at different stages. This helps reduce potential issues during commissioning and ensures the equipment is ready for reliable operation.
Preparing for Factory Testing
After assembly is completed, the workstation will enter factory testing.
Engineers will perform system commissioning, trial operation, and functional inspections to verify that all mechanical and electrical systems operate as designed before shipment.
Only after passing these inspections will the equipment move to the packaging and delivery stage.
