Equipment inspection and preparation: Before using a steel bar bending machine, first check whether the mechanical properties of the equipment are good and ensure that the workbench and the bending machine table are level. Prepare various mandrels, tools and blocks, and confirm that the mandrel diameter should be 2.5 times the diameter of the steel bar.
Safe operation: Before operation, perform a no-load test run to confirm that the equipment is in good condition. Check that the mandrel, block and turntable are free of damage and cracks, and that the protective cover is securely fastened. During operation, insert the end of the steel bar to be bent into the gap provided by the turntable, and fix the other end against the machine body and press it tightly by hand. Confirm that the machine body is fixed on the side that blocks the steel bar before starting.
Operation steps:
Place the steel bar on the bending disk and use the positioning square bar on the worktable for preliminary positioning.
Start the motor and achieve efficient bending operation through the linkage of the two-stage brake motor and the reducer.
The brake will accurately lock the bending angle to ensure operational accuracy. After the bending is completed, the motor forward and reverse functions can be easily switched to achieve the bidirectional bending requirements of the steel bars.
Precautions:
It is strictly forbidden to stand within the operating radius of the steel bar bending and on the side of the machine body that is not fixed. The bent semi-finished products should be stacked neatly, and the hooks should not face upwards.
When bending high-hardness or low-alloy steel bars, the maximum limit diameter should be changed according to the machine nameplate regulations, and the corresponding mandrel should be replaced.
It is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel, change the angle, and adjust the speed during the operation, and it is also forbidden to add oil or clean.
When bending steel bars, control the button according to the size of the curvature, master the timing of stopping, and ensure accurate operation.
