Core Positioning: The "Invisible Skeleton" Production Line for Support Engineering

The small conduit production line is an automated equipment cluster designed for processing advanced support conduits used in tunnels, foundation pits, and other projects. Its finished products reinforce the stratum through grouting and form a "scaffolding-type" support structure, serving as a key component for preventing construction collapses.
Compared with traditional manual processing, the automated production line has reduced the production time of a single piece from 45 minutes to 18 minutes, while maintaining a product qualification rate consistently above 99.2%. It has become core supporting equipment for modern underground engineering construction.
Production Line Composition: Modular Intelligent Processing System
The fully automatic production line consists of four core modules, achieving seamless connection from raw materials to finished products:
Raw Material Pretreatment Unit
Select welded steel pipes that meet standards, with diameters controlled between φ42mm and φ108mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 8mm. They must pass wall thickness deviation (≤0.3mm) and rust detection (rust depth <10% of wall thickness).
Intelligent Feeding System
The pipe is clamped by an electric chuck, and the rack transmission is driven by Delta's 1500W servo system. Feeding accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, and it supports 360° rotation to enable continuous multi-position processing.
Forming Processing Module
- Tapering process: Heated to 800°C by a high-frequency heating device, the pipe is hydraulically formed by a Φ160 main cylinder, with the cone angle controlled between 15° and 30° to meet the requirements of different strata such as clay and sand layers.
- Cutting process: A plasma cutting gun or CNC drilling machine is used to drill holes in a plum blossom pattern (hole diameter 8mm–12mm, spacing 150mm–300mm), with hole position deviation not exceeding ±1mm.
Finished Product Storage Module
The multi-silo design enables classified storage of products of different specifications, and, combined with the automatic palletizing system, reduces the cost of manual sorting.

Application Scenarios: Stratum Adaptation and Engineering Types

Core Applicable Strata
Soft soil layer (silty soil): A composite foundation is formed through grouting.
Loose strata (sand layers): Used to construct anti-seepage curtains.
Fractured rock strata (jointed rocks): Cementing rock blocks enhances overall integrity.
Typical Engineering Fields
Tunnel engineering: Reinforcement at the launching end of shield machines; advanced support for shallow-buried underground excavation.
Foundation pit engineering: Deep foundation pit slope support; reinforcement of metro entrances and exits.
