The steel bar sawing, threading, and grinding production line is a fully automated, integrated system that combines high-precision sawing, threading, and grinding. It is energy-efficient, highly productive, and easy to operate. The CNC servo-positioning sawing machine uses Japanese AMD high-frequency quenched saw blades, which are suitable for processing large-diameter, high-precision steel bars and can precisely saw them to the preset length. Advanced bar rolling technology ensures uniform thread quality and connection strength, resulting in efficient material utilization. The equipment includes an automatic classification and storage function for materials after cutting, as well as a double-sided automatic material-flipping mechanism. The forming platform can support up to 2 tons, and the entire process is highly automated. Equipped with a PLC digital control system, the operation interface is intelligent and intuitive, making it easy to operate and master.
