High Efficiency CNC Shearing Processing Line
A CNC rebar cutting line is basically a machine that takes care of cutting and prepping rebar. It's used for big projects like buildings or bridges, so the work keeps moving along smoothly without needing a lot of people to do it by hand.
- The machine uses a variable-speed motor to drive the screw, moving the blade and stop plate into position. An encoder measures everything, so the cut length is super precise-off by no more than ±2 mm.
- It uses hydraulics to do the cutting, which means the machine stays compact but delivers strong cutting force and high output. Compared to mechanical shear presses, it's quieter, more durable, and runs smoother. The high-pressure cylinder also clamps the rebar tight while cutting, so it doesn't spin and the cut edge comes out clean.
