The maintenance of steel arch production line mainly includes the following aspects:
Regular inspection: Regular inspection is the basis of maintenance. Through inspection, potential problems can be discovered and dealt with in time. The inspection frequency can be formulated according to the use environment and structure type, usually including quarterly inspection and annual inspection. Quarterly inspection focuses on the surface condition, connection parts and coating integrity of steel structure, while annual inspection is more detailed, including comprehensive inspection of structural foundation, material surface, connection parts, welds, bolts, etc. to ensure the safety and stability of the structure.
Cleaning and rust removal: Regular cleaning of the surface of steel structure is the first step in maintenance work. By removing dust, dirt and chemical residues, the risk of corrosion can be reduced. Use mild detergent and water for cleaning, and avoid using corrosive or abrasive detergents. If rust is found on the steel structure, rust removal is necessary. Physical methods (such as brushing, sandblasting) or chemical methods (such as pickling) can be used to remove rust, and anti-corrosion treatment can be performed to protect the surface of the steel structure.
Anti-corrosion treatment : Steel structures are easily corroded by factors such as air and moisture in the environment, so anti-corrosion treatment is an important part of maintenance. Anti-corrosion treatment methods include painting anti-corrosion paint, spraying anti-corrosion materials, etc. Choosing suitable anti-corrosion materials can improve the anti-corrosion effect. Before anti-corrosion treatment, ensure that the surface of the steel structure is clean and oil-free to improve the adhesion of the anti-corrosion material.
Drainage and waterproofing : Moisture is one of the main causes of corrosion of steel structures. Ensure that the drainage system operates normally to avoid water accumulation on the surface of the steel structure or near the structure. Clean and check the drainage system regularly to ensure that it is unobstructed. Under special environmental conditions, such as high humidity or water sources close to the steel structure, waterproof measures such as applying waterproof coatings or installing waterproof layers are required to prevent moisture from invading the interior of the steel structure.
Maintenance of fasteners and parts : Regularly check and tighten the bolts, nuts and other fasteners of the steel structure to ensure that they are in the correct tightening state. If loose or damaged, they should be replaced and repaired in time. Lubrication of parts is also one of the necessary maintenance measures.
Environmental control: The environment in which the steel structure is located has a great impact on its service life and performance. Harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and corrosive gases should be avoided as much as possible. In high temperature or high humidity environments, appropriate measures such as cooling should be taken to keep the steel structure in a suitable environment.
