                Parameter Hiding Techniques

Fine-Tuning Sawing Accuracy

Long-press the "Length Compensation" icon on the parameter setting interface for 3 seconds to enter the hidden calibration mode. When processing long steel bars (over 6 meters), inputting a thermal expansion and contraction compensation value of 0.02 mm/m can reduce the impact of ambient temperature changes on cutting accuracy.

Threading Speed Matching

Different steel bar diameters require different optimal threading speeds. For 12–16 mm bars, set the speed to 450 r/min; for 20–25 mm, use 380 r/min; and for 32–40 mm, set it to 280 r/min. These values can be preset and saved in the "Process Library" under "Advanced Settings" on the touch screen, and retrieved with a single tap when switching specifications.

Hidden Maintenance Features

Lubrication System Self-Cleaning

Press and hold the "Power + Emergency Stop" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds once per month to activate the reverse flushing function of the lubrication pipeline. This removes impurities from the oil circuit and prevents the lubricant from solidifying and clogging during winter.

Extending Saw Blade Life

After replacing the saw blade, run it at 50% speed under no-load conditions for 3 minutes. This allows the saw teeth to warm evenly and can extend the blade's service life by up to 20%.

1

Optimizing Feeding Angle

Raise the end of the feeding conveyor frame by 5°. As the steel bars slide downward, they naturally align themselves, reducing the time required for manual positioning. This adjustment can increase hourly output by 5 to 8 steel bars.

2

Grinding Dust Management

Install a 45° inclined deflector plate on the lower side of the grinding station. Dust will naturally slide into the collection box, reducing buildup inside the machine and lowering the frequency of cleaning.

3

Abnormal Threading Machine Noise

An intermittent "tap-tap" sound may indicate tap wear. Replace the tap in advance to avoid breakage and jamming inside the steel bar.

4

Conveyor Belt Slowing Down

If the conveyor speed is more than 5% slower than normal under no-load conditions, the motor bearings may be low on lubricant. Timely replenishment with the appropriate grease can prevent motor burnout.
