Galloping Across The Grassland, Building Dreams Together Xuhui (Shandong) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Inner Mongolia Team-Building Trip

When the city's towering buildings gave way to boundless greenery and noisy traffic was replaced by melodious pastoral songs, all employees of Xuhui (Shandong) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. set off for the Xilingol Grassland in Inner Mongolia on August 19th. Filled with anticipation and excitement, they embarked on a team-building journey themed "Galloping Across the Grassland, Building Dreams Together." On this vast land where the blue sky meets endless green fields, everyone not only enjoyed the magnificent scenery but also strengthened team spirit through special activities, creating unforgettable memories together.
 

After a brief itinerary introduction, everyone boarded the bus in an orderly manner and set off for the distant grassland. As the scenery outside the window shifted from bustling city streets to tranquil rural fields, and finally to the faint outline of the grassland on the horizon, everyone's excitement grew steadily. When the setting sun draped the grassland in a golden glow, the bus finally arrived at its destination - a traditional yurt resort deep within the Xilingol Grassland. Awaiting them were warm-hearted herdsmen and fragrant milk tea.

Upon arrival, herdsmen dressed in traditional Mongolian robes welcomed everyone with hadas and silver bowls of mare's milk wine, performing the solemn "Dismount Wine" ceremony. Under their guidance, employees respectfully accepted the hadas, dipped them into mare's milk wine, and made offerings to heaven, earth, and distant lands, personally experiencing the warmth and hospitality of the Mongolian people.

After a brief rest, everyone settled into their yurts. The unique domed ceilings, colorful wool carpets, and ethnic décor made them feel instantly immersed in grassland life. At dusk, as the sun set in the west, they strolled across the open fields. Beneath their feet was soft green grass; around them, the rustling leaves and distant bleating of sheep carried on the breeze. Looking up, they saw a vast blue sky adorned with drifting clouds. Lost in this tranquility, many paused to capture the moment on their phones.

A long-awaited banquet of grassland delicacies followed. Lunch featured the renowned Mongolian specialty - the Zha Ma Banquet. Seated around a shared table inside the yurt, everyone savored the dishes while exchanging stories from the morning's adventures.

All too soon, the four-day team-building trip came to an end. On the return journey, everyone remained immersed in the unforgettable experiences they had shared. One colleague recalled, "It was my first time riding a horse on the grassland. I was nervous at first, but it was exhilarating! It taught me that as long as I dare to try, I can surpass myself." Another added, "Thank you to the company for organizing such a meaningful activity. While enjoying the breathtaking scenery, we also deepened our bonds with one another."

This team-building trip not only allowed employees to relax, experience diverse ethnic cultures, and relieve work pressure but also strengthened mutual understanding and trust. It enhanced the team's cohesion and spirit.
