A CNC steel cutting production line is a set of fully digitized automated steel processing equipment controlled by a CNC system. It mainly realizes continuous, efficient, and automatic hydraulic cutting of round and bar-shaped steel materials. The entire line integrates the processes of steel material feeding, transportation, fixed-length measurement, cutting, sorting, and storage. It truly achieves assembly-line operation for steel processing and is the core automated equipment in modern centralized steel processing and large-scale infrastructure projects.
It is widely used in steel processing distribution centers, large bridge projects, expressways, high-speed railways, urban rail transit, large building pile foundations, tunnels, and various key infrastructure projects. It can meet the requirements of high standards, large quantities, and high efficiency for steel processing.
The equipment can process steel bars and round steel with diameters ranging from 12 to 50mm. Operators only need to input parameters such as cutting length, number of pieces, and batch on the touch screen, and the equipment can automatically complete batch cutting. It supports flexible switching of various lengths. For example, with a diameter of 25mm steel bar, it can simultaneously cut 8 to 15 pieces at a time. Each cutting action only takes a few seconds to complete, with fast processing speed and strong continuity, greatly reducing labor input, material transportation costs, and construction time.

The single-shift (8-hour) output of the equipment can reach 50 tons, equivalent to the work output of dozens of workers in a day. This not only significantly improves production efficiency but also solves the problems of low efficiency, large errors, and high labor intensity in traditional manual cutting.
The entire production line has a complete structure, mainly consisting of raw material storage racks, automatic transportation tracks, hydraulic cutting main machines, high-precision length measurement tracks, and finished material storage collection mechanisms. The layout is reasonable, the operation is stable, maintenance is convenient, and it can adapt to both on-site construction sites and standardized processing factories.

What is more practical is that this cutting production line can be directly combined with the CNC steel bending center to achieve seamless connection between the cutting and bending processes.
After the steel bar is cut, it will automatically flip and enter the inclined loading rack, which is smoothly transported by the automatic loading system to the bearing rack of the bending center, and then enters the bending forming process.
There is no need for manual transportation or secondary loading, truly realizing the full-process automation from raw materials to finished steel products.
This design significantly reduces intermediate transportation links, reduces labor intensity, shortens the overall processing time from raw materials to formed components, making steel processing more smooth, standardized, and efficient, and helping the industry achieve lean, intelligent, and automated production.
In terms of precision control, the equipment uses variable-frequency motor-driven precision screw mechanism, precisely adjusting the distance between the cutting blade and the positioning guard, and cooperating with encoders for real-time measurement.
The length measurement accuracy is extremely high, with length errors stable within 2mm, ensuring that each steel bar has a uniform size and consistent standards.
The equipment operates stably, has a large cutting force, accurate positioning, and fast speed, with high energy efficiency utilization. Compared with traditional equipment, it is more energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and low-noise, fully meeting the requirements of modern green construction and intelligent construction.
