Fully automatic intelligent steel arch robot processing demonstration line: This production line is usually composed of multiple core production lines, such as steel arch automatic processing production line, small conduit automatic processing production line and steel mesh automatic processing production line. This demonstration line has been used in the first fully automatic intelligent steel arch robot processing demonstration line production project in Gansu Province.
Fully automatic steel arch welding production line: This production line covers multiple key links such as steel plate cutting, I-beam cold bending and robot welding, and realizes efficient linkage through intelligent control systems to ensure the continuity and accuracy of production. Compared with traditional mechanized production methods, the fully automatic steel arch frame welding production line greatly reduces manpower requirements and improves production efficiency.
