| Reinforcement spacing | 50–500 mm, numerically controlled adjustable | Error ≤ ±2 mm |
| Number of main tendons | 4–24 pieces (φ16–φ40 mm threaded steel) | The spacing of the main bars is uniform, with a positioning error of no more than 1 mm/m |
| Diameter of rib winding | φ6–φ16 mm round steel/threaded steel | Supports automatic feeding of wire rods without the need for manual cutting |
| Welding method | CO₂ gas shielded welding / resistance welding | Welding efficiency ≥ 30 points per minute, with firm welds |
| Equipment power | Total power: 15–30 kW (including motor and welding machine) | Requires a 380 V industrial power supply |
| Equipment weight | 8–15 tons | A level ground surface is required (ground hardening is recommended) |
| Control mode | PLC numerical control system + touch screen operation | Supports parameter storage, one-click start, and fault alarm |
Operating Procedure: Standardized Processing in Three Steps
The operation process of the steel cage winding machine is highly standardized, allowing even beginners to get started quickly. The specific steps are as follows:
-
Preparatory Work: Parameter Setting and Material Placement
Parameter input: Enter parameters such as the diameter, length, circumferential spacing, and number of main bars of the steel cage on the touch screen. The system will automatically generate a processing plan.
Material positioning: Insert the main ribs (pre-cut to the specified length) into the positioning holes of the CNC chuck, ensuring they are parallel and securely fixed. Install the ribbed wire rods on the feeding frame, pass them through the feeding mechanism, and fix them at the starting end of the main ribs.
-
Automated Processing: One-Click Start, No Manual Intervention Required
Press the "Start" button, and the equipment will automatically complete three actions:
① The chuck drives the main ribs to rotate.
② The feeding mechanism winds the ribs around the main ribs at a uniform speed.
③ The welding mechanism synchronously welds the ribs and main ribs together.
-
Finished Product Unloading: Safe and Efficient Transfer
After the steel cage processing is completed, the equipment will automatically stop, and the chuck will release.
The finished steel cages should be transported to the storage area using gantry cranes or forklifts. Care should be taken to avoid deformation of the cages (layered storage with brackets is recommended).
