Tips
Daily Check
Clear away any metal scraps on the machine surface-don't let them pile up.

Don't forget the guide rails-add some lubricant to keep things running smoothly.
Weekly Check
Inspect the hydraulic system; watch for oil leaks or seepage.
Clean the roller grooves and make sure they're aligned properly.

Wear Parts Replacement
Blades: usually replaced after processing about 200 tons of material.
Straightening rollers: check them every six months; replace if wear looks serious.
